The hotel is ideally located, very close to the city center and main touristic attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities is up to a high standard. The breakfast provided is diverse and offers options for hot food at a cheap price. The staff at the hotel are super friendly, courteous, and efficient.

I had a great stay at Ascot Premium! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the design was stylish. The staff at reception were friendly and always willing to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Krakow.

The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, with new equipment. The breakfast was amazing, offering more than the usual options. Special dietary needs, like gluten intolerance, were accommodated upon request. The receptionist was helpful, providing information about the city and giving recommendations based on personal experience.
We felt so well taken care of during our stay, with no complaints.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the main square and close enough to the train station to easily walk to. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and there are even fun facts and ideas of what to do provided in the Ascot Morning Post. the hotel offers tours to popular attractions such as Auschwitz and salt mines.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, in a perfectly quiet area but still close to the center of the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They offered services like shuttle service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The room was very well equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, TV, and in-room safe. The restaurant was also very good, serving a delicious continental breakfast.
If you are looking for a family-friendly hotel, I'd totally recommend this place.
